Q: How long is the shelf life of my product?

A: The longevity of a product is in a sense dependent upon how well it is taken care of, and varies from product to product. We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from moisture and humidity for optimal shelf life. Typically, our Whipped Body Butters can be expected to last up to 18 months. Lathering Whipped Body Polishes have an expectancy of, and cleansers such as our Liquid African Black Soap to last.

Q: How long is the shipping process?

A: We appreciate your order placement, and upon processing completion you will receive notification that your order has been shipped. Please allot 1-3 days for order processing, and 3-10 days for order delivery. **We are also not responsible for any delays due to natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes, or more recently COVID-19, and we ask that you be understanding of such.

Q: My order came damaged! What do I do?

A: We understand that often times these occurrences are possible, and to avoid the inconvenience we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the protection of your order while in transit. Please note that once your order is shipped, we are no longer responsible in the event that it becomes lost, stolen, or damaged. 

Q: I am local, how do I opt for pickup?

A: Select the pickup option at checkout and once your order is processed and completed, you will receive notification that it is ready.
